Action Care Ghana with Trinity Hospital
In May 2018, Action Care – Ghana in collaboration with Trinity Hospital (Kumasi) mobilised funds and painted classroom blocks of the Community Special School (for children with autism).
The inmates were feted and had fun with the volunteers who participated in the programme.
It is important to mention that some of the volunteers are members of the Kumasi Rotary Club with varied backgrounds such as health specialists, financial consultants and businessmen.
Trinity Hospital collaborated with Action Care – Ghana, to feed over a hundred persons suffering from mental health diseases on the streets of Kumasi.
This was during Trinity Hospital’s annual “Trinity Week” celebration. The two organisations also provided education on drug and substance abuse, especially Tramadol which is currently being abused by many, especially the youth. SEE PICTURES
